Show only posts with content/attachments (Option suggested by the members of my forum)

Hello!

Some members of my forum have suggested to me to add an option (button) to see only the posts with pics/videos. The told me that in other forums this option is located at the beginning of the thread, and use it like a filter that show only posts with content.

Is this option in the admin panel by default or i need to install an add-on?
