'Share' PWA just musing

Something that has been stirring inside for a while, when you open an image in a phone's gallery and you have the option to 'Share' it to various sources such as WhatsApp, Email, etc. Is it possible to connect the 'Share' to a forum where the user has the PWA 'app' installed to that forum?

I'm most likely looking for the Holy Graille but worth an ask :)
