Private smp for creators[smp]{whitelist}

I am thinking of creating a private server with up to like 15 people for small creators like me to give myself and some people a good oppurtinity to start youtube. The server would be vanilla with no rules so it would be a little bit anatchy style. If someone comes up with a good idea for a mod or twist that could be added to the server please tell me otherwise if anyone wants to join you can say it and well get in contact PS: i would pay entirely for the server so dont worry about paying anything.
