Got premium about 2 hours ago through an ETH transfer, and still haven't gotten it on the site. Got receipts and everything as well for the transfer.

It appears the wrong network was selected for this payment. The instructions specified the Ethereum network, but you used the Link network.

Because these networks are not compatible, the transaction cannot be recognized and the funds are likely permanently lost.
