We are experiencing issues with the password reset process. The user can not logon and asks for help/reset.
1) thru the admin side, we set their password to L123456789m. We verify they can open their account with the password.
2) When they go to their profile to reset the password to one of their choosing, they get the dialog box asking for old and new passwords. The data is entered and when clicked, an error message pops up "Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More...
