| This is my idea for the creaking mansion, aka the Pale mansion but creaking mansion is a way better name. Ive seen a few ideas thrown around about a mansion in the new pale garden biome so heres mine. An abandoned Woodland mansion / rundown, and old. (CREAKING FLOORS)(VERY CRUCIAL PART). It makes more sense for the mansion to be abandoned because illagers are scared of the creaking mob so why not add some lore. Before woodland mansions, illagers tried living in the Pale Gardens because of its low visability, and lack of mobs. Thunthunthun they didnt know about the Creaking. Pretty much they destroy the Creaking’s trees to build their home. (I think it makes sense for The Creaking to be some sort of protector of the trees cuz hes made of wood and his heart. Is he a tree???). Creaking gets revenge by killing them, leaving an abandoned mansion and a reason for illagers to fear the Creaking. Necessities - creepy, overgrown, instead of the woodland mansions weird cobblestone generation it should be more likely for it to be buried to show just how old it is, similar to the ancient ruins but less. Also the mansion needs better loot ( woodland mansions need better loot too) but ya if there are no evokers, are there still totems of undying, maybe a totem of death (that sounds so op). Next, should it be abandoned or something else. Heres a good idea: The mansion is haunted ( kinda makes sense because vexes are already kinda ghosts) also other undead mobs could still reside there, maybe some new ones. Not sure. More connections/ stuff Woodland mansions have a lot of gardens and plants maybe the lore is they learned that from the Creaking and his Pale garden idk that ones kinda a stretch. Heres a image so you can visualize it. (I cant draw but if an artist wants to actually make it look good that would be cool.) Oh ya also maybe the mansion should be smaller because in the past there wasnt as many mobs who lived in the mansions. submitted by /u/Sad-Chemistry-8501 [link] [comments] |
