Sorry bout the newb question, but what is the path in the admin panel to... Not take the site down, but so that everyone sees a message. But nobody can use the forum.
So whoever goes to the site will see "The forum will be down for 2 days, but we'll be back ASAP!"
Maybe I'm blind (very possible) but I've been hunting through the admin panel and I can't find that exact setting. Thank you
