 | Full disclosure: I am using modded/unbreakable tools and armors (I hate having to roll for mending). Seed is: -6138076342907329275 Shader: Complementary Other mods used: Minihud suite, Freecam mod and Distant Horizons are the notable ones. The first base I did was the farming village one, followed by the more proper town. Farms are mostly underground.
