| I’ve been playing Minecraft since the beta days. The first version I bought was back in 2011, and I played it quite a bit for a few years. Then, I almost stopped and only played occasionally after I bought Minecraft for the Switch about 7 years ago. However, both my daughters recently started playing Minecraft on their Switch Lites, and they seem to really enjoy it. So, a few weeks ago, I decided to create a Realm for us, and we started a family world where we can play together. I have to say, I’m extremely happy to be playing with them. Helping them build their houses and leaving surprise materials for them to find in their chests. When we reached the Nether a few days ago for the first time, I marked the way back to the portal for them so they could find it easily. They plan their own projects, we have a farm, and they’re already collecting stacks of material for our future builds. I’ve fallen in love with this game all over again, and it’s truly heartwarming to share this hobby with my kids submitted by /u/Disastrous-Cellist38 [link] [comments] |
