Hey, I’m Matt. I spun up a brand new Java SMP because I missed that early-server feeling where everyone is building starter bases, exploring together, and actually talking in chat.
This is LoungeSMP. It’s a small, cozy survival server focused on community first. We run vanilla-plus — meaning it still feels like real Minecraft, but with a few quality-of-life features to keep things fun longer than the usual two-week burnout.
No crazy mods. No sweaty grind. No pay-to-win.

• Simple economy + custom jobs
• Claims for chill building
• Active chat and VC
• Friendly, relaxed community
People are already starting towns, opening shops, and just vibing together, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
