Lost password log - how frequently is the lost password form being triggered?

There doesn't appear to be any logging of lost password form usage, eg. the ACP user log doesn't have an entry for the lost password form being used against a user account. Is there a DB way of seeing when the lost password form was completed, either for specific user or overall?
Eg. to answer question such as; i) how frequently is the lost password form completed? ii) how frequently is XF sending lost password emails? iii) how frequently is user account triggering a lost password process...
