Looking for someone to own my MC Server [Network] {Prison} {whitelist}

I have a Prison server that is around 75% done but I simply do not have the time to run the server or complete the final touches.

I am looking for someone to work on this with me and then be the Owner when it is finished.

I obviously am paying for it as well as plan to be there when I can but know it is not possible for the server to run at top performance with the amount of time I have to dedicate to it.
