Locked out of my admin account

So I changed my password, being security conscious, which was saved by my password manager. All fine until I tried to add the new password on mobile and it kept saying incorrect password (it was definitely right). So I decided to change the password again on computer, to one with less commas and hypens and so on so it was easier to type, Did that, saved it in firefox. Logged out and logged in again and it said incorrect password too many times and I'm locked out.
