My first thoughts are, trident killers, sheep being still colored when sheered, and light goes through non-full blocks like slabs or even path blocks.
I was thinking about this yesterday, I watch a lot of Java players on YouTube and see them do things I can't on Bedrock. I never really think about the reverse.
