Image Details cut off? How to fix?

How do I fix the image hover details being cut off? I'm not sure why it's doing this. Year is cut off, thumbs up/down is also cut off. I've tried 1300px, 1400px, 1500px wide, they all look the same.
(Look at the second pic in image for sample)
