 | Terrible time to take the screenshot because the rain blocks the view, but oh well  I donāt know what Iām doing, so I decided to build based where Iām going to collect materials I need that arenāt near my first base. The one in the background is my second base, which you can see both other bases from. Theyāre up off the ground to hopefully protect me a bit more and make them easier to see from a distance, while I get used to the map. They each have a door, a ladder to a trap door (second entrance in case the first is blocked by a Creeper) and the yellow circle is where I built a dirt bridge across to give me a shortcut between bases. I fell off a few times while making it, of course  .. Iāve found the hardest thing so far was when I fell into a cavern and died by monsters while trying to build a dirt tower out. It took seven attempts to get my stuff and gradually build more of the escape each time  Iām a controller-user for games, so getting used to mouse and keyboard is taking some time, but I never thought Iād like Minecraft as much as I do. The art style is cool, but isnāt my preferred type for video games. However, I love survival games, building and farming, etc., so I decided to give it a shot and Iām so glad I did!submitted by /u/KEW95 [link] [comments] |
