I spent about 300 hours curating a modpack only to realise it can never be released

In order to get perfect consistency between mods I did a lot of datapack smoothing and even modified a lot of source code directly for balance changes that werent exposed via configs. The end result is a near perfect modpack where the mods are all seamlessly integrated and the balance is perfect, but it can never be shared with anyone.

Little things like two mods both introducing a rope item. I didnt want that kind of inconsistency in recipes, and thankfully its very easy to remove one item and datapack the recipes to all use the same rope item. But some changes were more complex. I had to mod Immersive Aircraft so destroying the vehicle doesnt give you the item to place back down, for example. That was me downloading the source code, changing the item drop behaviour, and recompiling it.

The best I could do now is (technically illegally) upload the mods as a zip file and have people download it and import it into a launcher. Not ideal.

Anyone know any nice workarounds that could make this modpack release-friendly? It was a lot of effort that I feel is going to waste. Even if I undo the recompiled jars and turn those into addon mods with mixins (I should have done that from the start tbh) theres some All Rights Reserved mods in there, as well as some I didnt download from Modrinth, so its all very messy. Any ideas would be appreciated
