Ready for a survival experience where every bite counts? Hunger Bound SMP is a brutal, modded server where players start with just 1 heart and grow stronger by eating new foods. Powered by our custom-built Hunger Bound mod, survival is tough, rewarding, and like nothing you’ve played before.

What makes Hunger Bound your next hardcore home?

Unique Progression: Start with 1 heart. Every unique food you eat grants you more max health permanently. Now with custom buffs and debuffs for eating variety — or spam.

Death Hurts! When you die, all heart upgrades and eaten food progress are wiped. You’ll respawn with just 1 heart. We now have a full death tracking and ban system, with auto unban and revival.

Griefing Allowed: This is a semi-hardcore world! Defend what you build or lose it. Raiding and stealing are part of the challenge.

Custom Mod (Fabric): One lightweight but powerful mod changes everything. No bloated modpacks, just our focused survival overhaul.

No Mods Needed! You can connect using either Vanilla or Fabric 1.21.6 — no client mods required. Full multiplayer support.

Improved Onboarding: All new players now receive a Getting Started guidebook explaining the mod, its systems, and survival tips.

Buffs & Debuffs System: Eat 2, 3, or 4 unique foods in a row to gain stacking buffs like Speed, Strength, and Regen. Eat 3, 5, or 7 of the same food in a row? Expect stacking debuffs like Hunger, Nausea, and Poison.

Death Ban & Revival: Players who die too often are banned. But there's hope — others can now craft and rename a special Orb of Revival to bring you back. This uses a custom recipe (4 netherite, 4 diamond blocks, 1 player head), and it’s fully vanilla-client compatible.

Vanilla+ QoL: Essentials like /tpa and /home are enabled to support community interaction without breaking immersion.
