How to transfer nulled forum to licensed?

We have a nulled XenForo forum, the forum have 2.2.13. We will buy licensed XenForo but we want to transfer all extensions and threads, users etc. to new licensed forum. But we don't know how to do it, there is a extension for that? Or a feature?

The site URL will be the same. We will refresh the files.
