Hi, I'm Nirex, though I go by Hikaru as my name online almost everywhere. I originally joined this forum simply because I was looking for IPB. I once had a license, back in the 3x era, but now they want an arm and a leg, and to alienate everyone who's ever followed them lol. The days of them claiming they'd be free forever are so far gone. Either way, I was looking for IPB and the old site I knew that had it invision-virus forums (terribly named) were also gone so I stumbled upon this site on a Duckduckgo search (because Google would never.) Annnd here I am.
Though my reasons for being here were strictly for that, the fact you guys actually have help forums open and not locked down to selling your soul (IPS, I'm looking at you.) Means I will most likely stick around. I can't promise to upload anything since I'm not buying anything that I CAN upload at the moment. But if I do find something I have to have and get it, I will be sure to try to share it.
I am not new to coding, being a Cyber Security major, but I may be a bit rusty, so please bear with my questions if I post any.
