Google Search Console Post Redirect Issue

I have over 200,000 direct post URLs not being indexed by Google due to redirects.

Google sees this URL: www.website.com/threads/threadtitle.12345/post-23456

When you go to that URL, it redirects and adds a # before post.

Example: www.website.com/threads/threadtitle.12345/#post-23456

Any ideas how to fix that?
