Season 8 of Euphoria is about to start on Friday June 16th, and we are looking for some new players to join us!
We aim to have seasons that last at least half a year, but preferably longer. Therefore, we are looking for some more long-term members, people who like to play on a world for long periods of time, and want to be part of the wonderful community that we have built over the past few years.
About us:
Euphoria was created in the summer of 2017, and we’ve had 7 seasons and a few other one-off worlds over the past 6 years. At Euphoria we have a core group of friendly admins and active members, and we like to openly share and discuss any ideas or issues regarding our server. We allow people to play Minecraft in whatever way they like, as long as there is some sort of community focus, and with just a few simple rules in place. We are labeled as a semi-vanilla server, because we run Fabric. We use Fabric to be able to use a few performance enhancing mods, together with Fabric’s version of CoreProtect (Ledger), but are still able to provide the full vanilla experience!
What to expect of season 8:
Each season we build a community starter town, where most people spend at least the first few weeks, and there will be shopping district as well. Everyone is able to build a shop or two, to sell in-game items or offer services. We also plan on having regular community events, whether they be player created or specific minigame maps. For season 8 we will be using this seed, as it offers a nice continent that contains a decent amount of biomes. Base building will be limited to this continent(2500x2500 in size), and the adjacent oceans, to keep everyone close together. Exploring or building biome specific farms outside this area is perfectly fine to do.
We also have a few vanilla tweaks datapacks installed, alongside the fabric mods, which you can find a full list of here. The server is located in London, UK. We have a seperate server used for creative building and hosting potential mini games.
Rules:
As stated before, we allow people to enjoy the game in any way they want, as long as you follow these simple rules:
- Swearing is fine, but we do not allow any form of discrimination or abuse against anyone on the server.
- No stealing or griefing
- We do not allow any form of x-ray, flight or speed hacks. However, using Optifine, Litematica, and any other quality of life mods are perfectly fine. If you want to use any other mod that you are unsure of, please ask us!
- PVP is allowed if both parties agree to it
- We allow the use of freecam and camera accounts, whether that is for recording/streaming or to get a better view of your builds/terrain
- Please keep up to date with our discord. This is the main tool we use to communicate with each other, and it contains a lot of info about everything related to the server!
We have a strict zero tolerance policy when it comes to breaking the first three rules. A few other small rules/guidelines can be found in our discord as well.
How to apply:
We are only looking for players who are 18 or older. To apply, simply answer the following questions. That can be done as a comment down below, or a PM/chat if you prefer to keep your information private.
