Emails > Email logo URL - Where?

In the main logo setup admin page, there is helper text:

If you specify an SVG, you should set Emails > Email logo URL to a PNG, or similar, for better compatibility.

Where is that setting? Can't find it.
Could the helper text not link directly to where that setting is?
