Download reset

[Kuroka01]

So, this is my first day here and i just have one question, when the timer reaches zero, does the download limit reset completely back to full, or does it only replenish one download at a time?

I think 24 hours from each download. Because I can't explain it well, take a look at this:

Download 1 at 11:20
Download 2 at 11:40

Download 1 will be unlocked at 11:20 and Download 2 will be unlocked at 11:40. At least that is what I have noticed.

Yep, exactly like that. I think it depends on our downloads time.
