Does Xenforo allow for the creation of a photo sharing forum?

If so, do you know of any Xenforo websites / communities that are focused on sharing / uploading photos, as well as having voting features which enable the photos which receive the most votes to be promoted to the front page?

Can you list any examples?

Basically, I'm wondering if Xenforo is a good framework to build a community-centric photo website around.
