Defined and custom reasons, sent when deleting posts

Since many messages are deleted in our forum every day, I thought it would be useful to have the option that when a moderator deletes a post, he would have the ability to choose an explanation for the post's owner, from a personally defined list, without having to type it every time.
for example:
1. Non-standard/unclear wording.
2. Unnecessary message.
etc.
