Comments box visibility for guests on profile posts

I want to show the comment box below each profile post for guests on my profile page to encourage signing up since I have made my profile page as the home page of the site to make it feel like a social network. Just like how the comment box shows for the threads for guests and prompts them to login when they type and submit a comment. I have given view and comment permissions to guests for profile posts but still the comment box is not showing up. Can I fix this in some way or it is not a...
