Cobalt Tebex Update - v1.1.4

Changelog:

• Added rust mode, with different icons for rust servers
• Changed the image setting to URL instead of upload due to Tebex issues. Please set your background image again using an external URL in cobalt settings.
• Fixed not being able to see all packages or checkout when there's a lot of items added to cart
• Fixed header discord text margins being uncentered with logo
• Fixed order of README.md instructions
• Fixed typo in settings
