Change the default user preferences timezone for new users

How do I set the user preferences default timezone or update all my newly imported users from other forum to our new Xenforo forum to a different timezone than what was assigned to them after the import?

What timezone will a new registered user be assigned to as a default before they go change it in the user preference ? We want it to be our timezone as the default timezone.
