Pretty simple question.
Is there a way to completely disable that annoying auto-scrolling thing in the ACP?
An example of what I'm referring to is when opening any drop-down menu in the 'Styles and properties' section, then attempting to scroll up or down.
As soon as you stop scrolling—
—suddendly it automatically scrolls all the way to the bottom of the open menu.
