Breeding an army of Axolotls to raid a ocean temple viable ?

I got two axolotols in my aquarium and im wondering if the assle of finding warm biome fishes to breed them for fighting purposed is worth it.

In others words, is releasing a bunch of axolotls near a temple a viable strategy ???
