I think there's an issue with the current AxHoe JAR. It keeps randomly disconnecting from the database, which causes the plugin to stop working until it's reconnected or restarted.
Could you upload the latest/full version of the JAR, or maybe a fixed build if you have one? I don't think it's a config issue - it seems to be something with the plugin itself.
