Anyone having gmail marking xenforo emails as spam all of the sudden?

I'm sure people with mature domains are not noticing this, but for new domains, I noticed any xenforo emails (fully authenticated or not) is being marked as spam now. It wasn't like this but according to my research it may be due to shared ip or just gmail not liking xenforo emails. Anyone having issues with email going to spam? I'm using sparkpost but given that they require $75 a month for a dedicated ip now I'll probably try getting approved for SES again...
