 | I should start by saying that i have only been playing on the xbox version for a few weeks and was still getting to grips with using a controller with Minecraft. I kept accidentally activating the emotes which lock you in place and run an animation, they were getting really annoying but today was a bad day with it. I was sorting items into a Shulker Box when I was shot by a skeleton, taking me out of the menu. As I had been using the D-Pad in the menu I was still pressing it as I came out of the menu which toggled an emote. This proceeded to lock me in place. It is at this point I notice a creeper and frantically flick through the D-Pad attempting to cancel it. At the exact moment the animation ends I inadvertently press down on the pad, throwing my sword directly into the path of the now detonating creeper. Now, this could have been avoided by myself, however it was extremely frustrating especially when in my opinion the feature serves no purpose other than to trip you up. submitted by /u/LankyCamel420 [link] [comments] |
