It seems a nice one. I think it's free, so anyone with Xenforo license can add it.

With this add-on you can show the most popular threads/messages posted in the current day, week, month, year, all time and with a custom days period. You can also put a limit to show threads/posts by specific forums.

This widget works like the New threads widget with the option to filter by prefix id and extra option to enter a custom url path for the header (optional).
