Adds a new icon in the header next to the notification icon

The plugin adds a new icon in the header next to the notification icon showing how many reputation points are available. The daily reputation limit is controlled by the group settings.

Added a style that will make editing faster and easier.
Added a hidden icon for groups with unlimited reputation or when reputation is disabled globally.
