Description:
Prevent thread bumping by merging with the user's previous post.

Features:

• Displaying popup window with the choice to merge message with the previous post or cancel posting
• Permission for user groups that allows X bumps to a certain thread in 24 hours (node-based per user group)
• The configurable time between the last user's posts in a thread that will be identified as a "bump"
