This is a license file i nulled many years ago.you can go ahead and download the original WHMCS from the website, replace the license file and it will be life time. It allows you to upgrade(have to replace license file again after upgrading)
have not removed any callbacks to WHMCS etc so use it either not in production or get an offshore host.
