Interesting features:

• Battlebeetle:
  • has altitude cap, won't fly higher
  • recognizes takeoff and landing
  • gets tired and will automatically land
  • needs to be fed with birch wood otherwise can die of hunger
• Mosquitoes are aggressive, bite and lifesteal
• Ants can be recruited with sugar and will follow for a while (fun arenas with friends)
• Upon ant nest destruction, queen will spawn and there is a chance to catch her alive with bugnet
  • She can be placed on ground creating a new nest
• Caterpillars attack plants, triggering their eaten model, then transform into chrysalis and butterfly
• All pollinators will trigger plant pollinated models
• Night cycle spawns different insects and hatches moths from chrysalis instead of butterflies
• Fireflies have emissive textures and have dynamic light with optifine
• Spiders create cobwebs that pull insects inside
• Different biomes including water have specific insects
• Beehive can be harvested for honey, but angers the bees
