Bugfixes

• Handled a potential issue when a resource post may not have an associated discussion thread. If the resource post does not have a thread, the category comment requirement will be skipped whether or not it's enabled.

In the event where a resource may not contain a thread, RMRestrictions will let you know so you can either go resolve it yourself or disable the requirement on that specific section.
