Delete users with 0 posts and have been banned.

This add-on will require that all banned members have their posts deleted. Please use the 'Delete posts banned' add-on prior to using this add-on.

How to use:

1. Add deleteusersbanned to your forum URL.
2. Delete X banned users link.
