This way, your game aesthetically conforms to what theme you want your server to have.

• PacketEvents (hard-dependency)
• LuckPerms (soft-dependency – tokens & perms)

Installation

1. Download ClothesPlus-2.X.X.jar and place it in
   Code:
   /plugins/
2. Ensure the latest versions of PacketEvent are installed.
3. Restart the server once – folders & default configs generate automatically.
4. Edit your config.yml and add your Mineskin API key and then restart your server to allow the plugin to work.

[ You need to add the overlays folder given to you in the .zip file or make your own in order to be able to change skins in-game, the plugin uses a smart 'permission' system for players, if you are not 'op' in your server, it will not show the available overlays in /overlays or /clothes wear {overlayname} ]

Why Database instead of direct proxy support for Velocity and BungeeCord?
Simply cause its easier to manage your server's data filing inbetween multiple servers through MySQL securely instead of direct proxy hook.
