Common Upgrade FAQs​

My card purchase is being declined. Why?

• Make sure you're not purchasing while using a VPN or other location-spoofing software.
• Your purchase is flagged for fraudulent or suspicious activity. Your payment opportunities are blocked for 1-3 days.
• You've entered the wrong payment information. Make sure you're entering correct and accurate card details.

My checkout is being declined due to unsupported country.

• You will need to select a different checkout option when purchasing our member upgrades.

My Cryptocurrency checkout did not automatically upgrade my account!

• Please open a ticket and inform an administrator through our tickets system.
