Free registration cannot be disabled. I only want payment record. I deactivate the free registration but it always activates itself.

This add-on requires a membership type for "free" no matter what settings you set. This is why I chose to create my own hard-coded premium upgrades page.
The problem you are experiencing does not come from premium/non-premium version, rather the nature of the add-on itself.

Have you removed the enable for Guests / Registered members options in the settings? I vaguely remember my reasonings for switching from this add-on to my own system.

Please try enabling these settings like shown in the picture below:


To my knowledge, disabling it for guests provides the default registration options (no paid registration add-on page)
Enabling it for registered members will display the add-on page.
