adding a model

the problem is if i spawn it i cannot see the model, i can see only few things flying...
the other problem is after surfing here i installed items adder and now if i add the resource pack to serverproreroties items adder is warning me that i should remove the link from server properoties...

sorry for my type problems if i have but i appreciate if u help me about it...

It seems like the problem is that the resource pack is not properly configured in your server

That probably is because of itemsadder resourcepack conflicting with modelengine, if you are using modelengine instead of itemsadder mob system

This config uses mythicmobs and Modelengine to load the model, so your problem is definitely ModelEngine resource pack conflicting with itemsadder
Look up for a tutorial to set up those two together and you may fix it
