This add-on can be used to prevent a spammer from creating thousands of messages in a short amount of time.

Features:

All phrases start with newcontentlimit_ for your convenience.

Minimum time between messages:

With the New content limit add-on protecting from flooding, you can set the Minimum time between messages function from 30 seconds to 0 seconds. User will no longer have to wait 30 seconds between creating new messages.
